At Concordia Psychological Services, we offer compassionate and unbiased psychological evaluations tailored to individuals of all ages in Michigan. Our services are designed to meet your unique needs, whether for personal, clinical, or legal purposes.

What to Expect:

1. Initial Consultation:

   • After scheduling, you'll receive intake paperwork to complete before your first appointment.

   • The initial session, which can be conducted via telehealth, involves a thorough discussion of your concerns and history, typically lasting one hour.

   • If necessary, a separate testing appointment will be scheduled.

2. Testing Appointment:

   • This session, lasting 2-4 hours, includes structured interviews, questionnaires, and formal testing.

   • With your consent, collateral information may be gathered from trusted individuals in your life. For child assessments, information from teachers may also be requested.

3. Feedback Appointment:

   • A follow-up session is scheduled to discuss all results and relevant diagnoses.

   • A comprehensive report is provided for your records.

Clinical Assessment Fees and Billing:

• Insurance Participation:

  • Dr. Hill Lee is in network with the following insurances

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) (HMO & PPO)

    • Blue Care Network (BCN) (HMO & PPO)

    • Priority Health (PPO, HMO & Medicare)

  • Clinical testing services can be billed to insurance if deemed medically necessary.

  • All copays, coinsurances, or other expenses not covered by your insurance plan are due at the time of service.

  • It is strongly encouraged you to contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to understand your coverage; it is your responsibility to be aware of your benefits.

• Self-Pay Options:

  • If we are out-of-network with your insurance, you are considered a self-pay client.

  • ADHD Testing: Flat fee of $1,500. Payment schedule:

    • $250 due at the initial appointment.

    • $625 due at the testing appointment.

    • Remaining balance due at the feedback appointment.

    • Please note: The report will not be completed until the balance is paid.

  • Other Clinical Assessments: Hourly rate of $250.
